This is why I go to the trouble of keeping chickens.
Yard Eggs
I know you can buy free range eggs or yard eggs or whatever they call them but there’s nothing like grabbing a couple of eggs out of the coop and cooking them up for breakfast!
We may need to start eating eggs three meals a day . . when all the new chickens start laying!

There is just no comparison in taste (and appearance) between an egg fresh from the “backyard” and the very best store egg available.

We had egg sandwiches for lunch today. Fresh farm eggs from the neighbor. And that is no yollk!
