Another pair of socks finished!
BFF Socks
The pattern is Sockmatician’s Toe Up Socks, which I had to modify a little because I had already started the sock using a different pattern but didn’t like the heel on the pattern I was using. As mentioned before, I love the Sockmatician sock – you take your own measurements and with a few simple math formulas, end up with a perfect fitting sock.
The yarn is Miss Babs’ Hot Shot sock. This is one of my favorite sock yarns. The color is BFF. The entire time I was making these socks, I kept saying . . I love the pinks with the black.
These socks are actually being sent to a friend but I think I have another skein of this in my stash and if I can find it easily, I’m going to cast on another pair of these for me!

They remind me of a chewy candy we had vhen I was young. It was a taffy like candy with pink, black, and white. It might have been called Black Jack and when we bought penny candy, each might have been one cent.
