A busy morning in the sewing room!
Sets of Clothes
The only thing left to make is Nicole’s shirt but I do that with white thread and while I have black thread on the serger, there are a few more things I want to make.
That may be the first and last time my leggings are seen in public! They’re all three capri length and I must say . . they are quite comfortable.
Over at Made for Mermaids and Patterns for Pirates, they’re having a Spring Mini Capsule sewing contest. You have to make 9 pieces from their patterns and you do it between March 27 and April 10. I may get 9 pieces done for Addie but I doubt I get 9 pieces done for myself or Nicole.

Hey . . there are 9 pieces right there. Oh, wait .. they all have to be for the same person. I can get at least one capsule done so long as I don’t go out and look at all the weeds in the garden that need pulling! 🙂

you go girl!!! They all look great and …the weeds will be there tomorrow but Addie will grow out of those clothes as fast as you can make them.

Oh, boy; I’m picturing three generations of women in matching clothes going down to the neighborhood park. Cu-ute! Enjoy it as long as Addie does.

Did you use an actually piece of ribbing for the neck on yours or did you use some of the sleeve material? I need to stop following you as every time you get something new or try something new I want to do the same$$$$$–lol!
