After a bit of digging, I found a project that’s ready to go on the longarm!
In April, 2013, I blogged that this quilt was waiting for the new longarm to arrive.
The machine has been here almost four years so I suppose Blueberry Hill has waited long enough to get quilted.
This quilt is so unlike anything I’ve ever made. The colors are different. The style is different. Even the border . . I look at that and think . . where did that come from but with a little investigating, I found this post. It’s the January, 2012 Color Challenge piece I did for Vicki Welsh‘s color challenge. I guess that’s the purpose of a challenge . . to get us out of our box. Here’s the post that has Vicki’s photo that was to be our inspiration.
The quilt is 81″ x 100″ and the next time you see it, I hope it will be quilted and maybe even bound.
