We’re still eating on that brisket that I smoked on Sunday. The first half of it is now gone. The second half is frozen. Looks like I pulled off brisket ever day without any complaints! 🙂

Meat/Rice Mix
The photo above is before the rice was added. It was chopped brisket, sauteed onions, jalapeno peppers and garlic, along with a jar of tomatoes and of course, “Slap Ya Mama” seasoning.

Stuffed Peppers
We ended up with a container of stuffed peppers for the freezer and a container I will bake for our lunch today. I love making meals for the freezer or, rather, I love having yummy meals in the freezer.

Yum! Great minds think alike – I’m making the same, but different, thing today. 🙂 I’m using ground beef because I need to empty the freezer, and stuffing mine in Poblanos.

I live in the St Louis area. We went to our produce store and they had a display of Slap Ya Mama! I bought some and am looking forward to trying it out. Hubby asked what you put it on and I told him ‘everything’.
