Even though I found this backing last week and pieced it, I didn’t show it because I was sure I’d have the quilt done by now but the allergies or whatever I have . . it’s about to get the best of me. So, no progress has been made on the quilting but look what a perfect backing this is:

It’s flannel! Perfect, right?
I had this piece and I have another one with fishing stuff on it but I figured this outdoorsy backing would be better. This week . . I’m going to get that top quilted but today . . root canal! 🙁

It IS perfect..flannel’s always great for a quilt back!! Hoping for an easy time with the root canal.

I listen to a knitting podcast the ladies that are doing it are from Austin Texas and they have very very bad allergies this time every year. I think they said it was from cedars trees, but not sure…hope you feel better soon….

Forgot to say: I hope your root canal goes as easily as mine did. I was rather scared, but they’ve made such advances that it was easier than a crown.
