The Loopy Ewe has a monthly mixer project. You can read about the January project here. Basically, we must use a yarn that has at least three colors or a project that uses three different colored yarns. I think I’m going to make a pair of socks using this yarn.

You can see that “A portion of the proceeds from this yarn will be donated by Ancient Arts to charities benefiting stray and abandoned cats.” I love that.
This particular color is “Calico Cat”. I have another pair of socks started with this same yarn but the “Tortoise Shell Cat” color and, I also have a skein of “Tuxedo Cat”.
We have a road trip this week so plain vanilla socks will be perfect for knitting in the car.
