There were 3 trees left to be made and I got all three of those finished today. There are 12 cabin blocks to be made and I got 2 of those made. They’re going to be scrappy blues and greens.
Headed back to the house for a little knitting time. I also promised Vince I would make tapioca pudding so I’ll do that before sitting down to knit or I know I’ll never get up and get going.

Hi, Judy. Happy New Year! Your new blog design looks fantastic, but I can’t figure out how to access anything other than the most recent post. When I scroll down, there aren’t any other posts below that one, and there isn’t a “view older posts” button or anything like that, either. Am I doing something wrong?

on the right there is a list of recent posts and scroll down from there are archives and a little bit down is a calendar of posts. maybe you can find what you are looking for that way.

I had the best laid plans to get downstairs today, but never made it…still have a few hours, so hope to get at least a little time in! Tomorrow will be better, I am going to a Tuffet class!

i never should have gone to the quilt shop, it took my momentum and made me look around the house feeling like i had to do a bit of laundry etc. i did get a backing tho and it is draped over the longarm ready for that quilt top to be done. the row sashings are sewn to blocks but i still have to do the in between ones once the cornerstones are made. DH is feeling like we should watch some TV so i might just have to do that and sew the rest tomorrow. i don’t have a blog or website so no pics of progress.

I finished the binding on a test quilt, can’t show the photo, but it is done. I am almost done with a large block for a QAL with my Sampler group. It’s been a good weekend, especially when the heat pump was fixed. Oh, I’m loading a baby quilt to quilt tomorrow.
