I skipped a couple of weeks reporting. One Saturday I was busy cooking for a friend and totally forgot. Last Saturday was Christmas Eve so . . here we are . . almost done with the holidays. The holidays themselves aren’t as troublesome as having Vince home. He’s a snacker and if I see it, I want it so we’ve both gained a bit. He can think of 100 reasons to leave the house each day and as soon as we leave, he starts asking “do you want to get something to eat?” No! I don’t . . but we do.
We knew we would probably gain a bit over the holidays so I’m not concerned. I’m ready to get back on track. Since I last checked in, I’ve gained 3 pounds but I hope to have all that off by next Saturday’s report.

I think losing 16.9 lbs. in 12 weeks is pretty amazing! I had a hard time losing 7 lbs. in 6 months.!
