Little Pie
Here’s the recipe I made for the mini apple pie. What I would do differently next time is this: With a full size apple pie, I pour the syrup through the holes in the lattice but the holes were so small on this one, I couldn’t get it to go through. Next time, I will assemble the lattice on a piece of waxed paper, pour the syrup over the apples and then remove the assembled lattice to the top of the pie.

I think you just gave me a reason to get an air fryer!!! Just been on the fence….my husband would LOVE this and it seems easy enough for me 🙂 Thanks again Judy for a great recipe. All the ones I have tried have been awesome. I like the quick and easy ones for when Galen comes off the road. I never know when exactly he will show up so I need to have things ready on the spur of the moment.
