Who knew it was National Brownie Day and didn’t tell me? I made a little blueberry cake in the air fryer.

Almost as soon as it came out of the fryer, I heard that it was National Brownie Day so I made Brownie Muffins, also in the air fryer.

This could be hard to figure in to our healthy eating plan but between the two of us, we’ll figure out a way . . or not! 🙂

Could you please tell me what size pan is in the Air Fryer? Mine came yesterday. We did frozen french fries just to try it out. They were so good that way. And I thought my Cusinart countertop oven with convection did good. Not! I need to read the very nice cook book that came with the Philips now. I may fry some potatoes for breakfast in it. No more greasy range top to clean! Thanks

I’ve ordered a springform pan to make cheesecake in the pressure cooker. I’m looking forward to the smaller desserts!
