For lunch I decided to try kale chips in the air fryer and they were delicious. Vince said “These are so much better than when you do them in the oven!”
They were so crunchy, airy and not greasy at all.
All I did was remove the spines, wash and spin dry (in the salad spinner) the kale. In a large bowl, I tossed it with a little olive oil, added a bit of Slap Ya Mama and cooked it at 390° for about 8 minutes.
Who would ever have thought the air fryer would be so useful?

You have become an air fryin’ fool, Judy!! HAHA But so much of it looks fab and ALMOST tempts me to buy one but I’m not gonna do it! There’s no way in the world I’d use it like you do.

Any chance of an AirFryer category in your recipe section? I think I’m going to look for one after Christmas when the price may drop a bit.
