My usual disclaimer: You can find anything you want to find on the internet, and for every theory, there’s the opposite theory too. All we can do is read/listen to everything . . both sides of every story (this is true in politics, healthy eating, foods, child raising). I never take one side of any story without doing my research. In fact, that’s where Vince and I run into the most of our “heated” debates. If he comes in and tells me something, my first thought is .. prove it! I want to learn as much as I can about both sides and then make my own decision.
Yesterday we were watching various healthy eating videos which is what we’ve been watching all week except for the occasional football game, and we came across this guy: Dr. Michael VanDerschelden DC
We’ve watched a dozen of his videos and really like what he has to say. He debunks, with data to back it up, so many of the food myths we’ve been told. I think he’s very good and very interesting. He also has a new book (which is free for Kindle Unlimited).
I would encourage anyone who wants to learn more about our health, from someone who says he isn’t on the payroll of any of the companies trying to sway you one way or the other, to check out his videos or Facebook page.
