Yesterday I made pulled pork and even when it’s a small pork butt, there’s still a lot of pork. Today I baked one potato, gave Vince 2/3 of it and I kept 1/3. We added leftover pulled pork, some of the cultured butter, cultured sour cream that I made over the weekend and a little cheese.
It looks like a lot of food but it’s 1/3 of one potato! After just 2-1/2 weeks of eating less, we can both notice that we’re not wanting as much food.
The soup is Turmeric Zucchini Soup and it was really good!

I see you’re wisely using a smaller plate. It really does make a difference.
I bought new dishes recently, but wish I had looked harder, for smaller plates. These only just fit in my cabinets!
