Mostly so I can find it easily, I’m going to try to post our menus for the coming weeks. These will be our main meal only, which most days will be lunch.
Monday:
Hamburgers, kale chips, tabbouleh salad (leftovers) – I will have half a burger and I will make whole wheat bun

Have you tried the pressure cooking today recipe for roasted cauliflower and pearl barley risotto? It is wonderful and I’ve started cooking more barley for breakfast and as a side. I have noticed that it is filling me up and it has great health benefits.
