Frying is about one of my least favorite things to cook and fried foods, for the most part, don’t excite me but today I woke up wanting fried pork cutlets for lunch. We’re still experimenting with the okara leftover from making tofu so I made okara/potato fritters. I figured if I’m going to make a greasy mess, I might as well have two skillets going at the same time.
It was worth the mess I suppose!
