Eat, Sleep, Knit had a little Flash Challenge – make a pair of Black Locust Mitts between Monday and Friday of this week. I started them on Monday as we were heading out for a road trip, and finished them yesterday. Pretty quick pattern to knit.

The pattern was so easy to knit. The first one, I zipped through and had it finished by Monday evening . . except for finishing off the thumb. The second one . . my brain just couldn’t seem to stay focused. I tried knitting while visiting a friend and had to rip back. I got back on track then was knitting while talking to Vince and had to rip back. It was just so easy and I couldn’t get it right. Weird! But, they’re done now and I love them.

Now . . do I try to finish socks or start that darned hedgehog?
