Lately I’ve been so hungry for good Louisiana boudin. I had some in the freezer but thought I took it all to Chad after he lost everything in his freezer but when looking for something yesterday, I found a package of boudin! Sounds like I may need to do some serious freezer cleaning and organizing.
Last night I had my boudin and fixed Caprese Salad again for Vince.
Boudin, Caprese Salad and bread . . yummy!

That looks so yummy. I never thought to steam my brats, sausage etc. I have the same steamer you do. How long do you steam them for if you don’t mind me asking. I get so much, food, knitting and quilting ideas from you over the years I’m very intrigued to try mine this way. Thanks for the help.
