I remember when life was simple . . or it seemed simple. Nothing seems simple any more. Maybe I’m getting too old for all this stuff.
With Facebook, so many of you follow at my personal Facebook page and that’s fine but I’m finding I need one for Patchwork Times so if there’s anyone who wants to follow only what’s posted on Patchwork Times and not more personal stuff (not like there isn’t a lot of personal stuff at Patchwork Times), this is the new Facebook page for you.
The way I’m thinking now, the new page will have knitting, sewing, quilting (stop laughing!), cooking, gardening and the old Facebook page will have some of that but more personal type stuff.
One moment, I think I can divide it up but other times, I don’t see how because the blog is so personal . . it isn’t just about gardening or knitting or sewing.
I guess it boils down to this: If you don’t want to know that my mom’s left foot is giving her problems, just like my right foot is giving me problems; or if you don’t want to know that Addie cut her chin, and then about an hour later, bursted her lip, or that my pop-tart disintegrated in the toaster tonight .. then the new page is for you.
If you’re confused . . join the crowd. Just go wherever you feel like going, both places, one place, no place — make yourself happy!
And that, my friends, is how I dug the pop-tart out of the toaster. My thinking right now is that I’ll take the toaster outside tomorrow and hose it down! 🙂

Pop tarts are highly flammable, I ruined a toaster by stepping away for just a minute while toasting one. I bet they would make great kindling, its a good thing they taste so good. LOL

I love everything you write about. I live vicariously through your daily blogs, the dogs, the cats, the plants, Vince and everything else. I’ll take the unfiltered, uncensored, all-the-details-all-the-time. Hugs!
