Several evenings, Addie would ask me if I wanted to go see the scary barn. I wasn’t sure what she was talking about or where we would have to go to see it but Nicole told me it was just down the street so Addie rode her bike and Nicole and I walked.

Hard to believe they live right off the main highway and this place is right at the end of their street.

The horses are really pretty. Sometimes they will come up to the fence and let Addie pet them but that particular evening, they didn’t come close.
Right behind the apartments across from Chad and Nicole, there are cows! And there was the fox hanging around so I guess even though they live in town, they get a little bit of country too.
