It seems like I remember something called Suddenly Salad from years ago but I don’t know if this stuff is the same thing.
Suddenly Salad
They’re made by Betty Crocker and we get them at Aldi. Other stores probably have them too. During the Fall, Winter and Spring, when we have lettuce in the garden, we eat lots of green salads but during the heat of the summer, when I have to buy lettuce and no matter what I do with it, since I don’t go to the store very often, it never seems to last long enough. These boxed salad mixes, though not lettuce type salads, are really good for a change.
They’re quick and easy to make and they don’t have to be “fresh” as in they will keep and work well for the days when it’s been too long since I went to the grocery store.
I’m looking forward to cooler weather for so many reasons . . including being able to have lettuce growing in the garden.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE suddenly salads. My fav is the bacon ranch pasta salad.

I, too, LOVE these salads. i have only had the tri-color pasta. i have not seen the grain ones. will have to scout those out.
