I’m not saying Rita is cured of being afraid of thunder but there’s lots of noise in the woods today. War games . . practicing to keep us safe. Whatever they’re doing back there is rattling the windows. The first few times it happened this morning, she jumped and ran to Vince but it’s been going on all day and now . .

. . she’ll open here eyes, make sure we’re still here and I think she knows we’re not scared so she goes right back to sleep. Let’s hope that if it EVER thunders again here, she will be calm.
