We have to find ways to entertain ourselves out here! 🙂 Seriously, I love going out at night looking for scorpions. I don’t know why Vince thinks that’s crazy but every one I find and squish is one less scorpion that can stink any of us.
That’s my feet . . with white socks and Vince’s Crocs on. I should wear boots . . I know.
Some nights I find several; sometimes I find none.
There’s still lots of debris from Addie’s water balloons and all that glows in the dark too and inhibits my scorpion hunting, but it always makes me smile thinking how much fun Addie had with those water balloons.
On one hand, it’s kinda sad that scorpions stand out like a sore thumb with those black lights but, it sure makes it easier to find them. Pretty unlucky for them to be such hated creatures but so easy to find if you’re looking for them. I sure hope they can’t read or they’re all going to be coming after me with a vengeance! 🙂

I didn’t know scorpions would glow under black lights until I started reading about your on-going battle against them. I totally understand how you feel, I’d be killing them too!!

That’s how I feel about wasps.

You go, Judy! I will cheer for each one whose existence you end. Having been stung painfully twice, I have no sympathy for them. I don’t care if they are just doing what they were made to do. So am I when I stomp them out! LOL

Eh, even if they can read, they don’t have Internet!
I believe there’s a purpose for all creatures, even if it’s to be food for something else. Hard to figure out scorpions!
