Another Anniversary

It’s our anniversary! Happy Anniversary to us!

Vince almost always remembers the date; I rarely remember but this morning I looked at the date on something and said “Happy Anniversary” and he said “Oh! It is our anniversary!”. He was surprised that I remembered and he didn’t.

We’re just a normal couple, if there is such a thing. Two very different people with very different ideas, habits and tendencies making it work and trying to make each day more fun than the previous. We don’t know, of course, what our future holds but as empty nesters, edging up closer and closer to retirement, I’m excited to see what our future holds. I think our best years are yet to come . . and the past years have been pretty darned good!
