Whew . . I am tired, but everything is done.
Peaches: As suspected, I didn’t touch the peaches today.
Pumpkins: 10 pounds of pumpkin puree. I also have 6 quarts that I did Monday and there are probably half a dozen pumpkins still in the garden.
Spaghetti Squash: I didn’t want to have to use two dehydrators so I didn’t cut nearly all the squash. I ended up with one empty tray so I should have done a couple more.
Figs: 11 half pints of strawberry/fig jam.
And a double batch of fig/rosemary jam which isn’t safe to waterbath so it got frozen.
Brisket: Done! Had it for dinner!
Socks: Done, photographed and submitted, but not before lunch as I had hoped.
Pickles: These were the easiest and they were the firs thing done . . back in the fridge til tomorrow.
Glad to have it all done. A new (final) Tour-de-Sock pattern comes out at midnight tonight so hopefully I can get some good knitting time tomorrow.
