Yesterday Tour de Sock began. The pattern was released right on time at 7:30 a.m. Our internet was working great so I was able to download the pattern right away and get started.
This is exactly how much I had hoped to get done on day 1. Lots of knitting! Today I hope to get the second leg repeat done on both legs and then it will be time to work on the heel. My plan for Friday is to get the heel flap done, turn the heel and gusset done and maybe get half of one repeat done for the foot on both socks. Then over the weekend, I can leisurely get them both finished. We’ll see how that plan works.

Nice work! I wanted to join in, but by the time I got around to it, they had shut off the enrollment. I assumed you could join right up until the last of May… And you know what happens when you assume!
