This was a very quick knit and anyone needing a project for a little girl, I loved making this sweater. The pattern is Tallulah and it comes in sizes newborn to 10 years.
The sweater was still wet when I took the picture. Some day it will dry, and some day the sun will shine in Texas and I can get a better picture but by then, I may have forgotten all about getting a better picture or it may have gone to a new home, so here it is:
This is for the granddaughter of a friend. I think I’ve mentioned before but this little girl does not like wearing coats or jackets and I’m not sure she will wear a sweater. I’ll ask her when I see her if she will wear it and if she doesn’t want it, I’ll give it to Addie, who is the same age and same size. If the friend’s granddaughter wants it, I will make Addie another one. I have more of the pink yarn.
Addie enjoys choosing the buttons for her sweaters so I figured this little girl might like to do the same so I’m leaving the buttons off and will let them do that part.
That’s my second MadMay project (the first was Campside Cardi). One more project I wanted to get done was to finish a UFO and that’s my Blue Sand Cardi. It’s only about a week til Camp Loopy starts so I have one week to get Blue Sand done. Doubtful I’ll get it finished but I should be able to make some good progress.
