Having an outside cat is a good reason to have a garage or . . not having a garage is a good reason not to have an outside cat. But, we have an outside cat and no garage.
I looked out the window and there was Cat sitting on the car. I knew I couldn’t walk out and get a picture so I had to take it through the kitchen window.
I think he saw me and figured I wasn’t coming out to bother him so he went about his business, which looked to be taking a bath.
When we had chickens in the coop by the garden, I’d head out the back door and go there first thing each morning. Now that we don’t have chickens in that coop now, I just go out the front door and let those chickens out so in order for Cat to see me, he has to come around to the front side of the house so instead of waiting for me out by the cars, he’s now waiting for me on the picnic table in front. I don’t know why he waits for me . . he surely doesn’t want anything to do with me.

She waits for food. The stray cats I feed also do the same thing. She obviously knows a good thing when she sees it. Do you have racoons? I have to bring mine in after the morning feed because the Starlings get into it and leave poop everywhere and at night because the racoons come in.

My husband always becomes incensed when the cat goes on the car, which always entertains me. I’m not sure why it bugs him so much! We do have a garage, and many neighborhood cats, so we keep the door closed to keep them from spraying in there. I didn’t know females also sprayed until this cat!

Oh, with cats, you never know! He may be attaching himself to you in his own way. Testing to see if you’re still there, what kind of threat you may pose. Wondering if he can get something to eat. Or he could just be curious about what you’re doing. Like I said, with cats, you can never tell. LOL
