Happy Mother’s Day to all you moms out there!
Since it’s Mother’s Day, I should be able to share a few pictures of Addie, right? Of all the “firsts” that she’s done, I really hated missing her first camping trip. I would even have stayed in a tent in the next camping site just to be able to experience Addie’s excitement. She is enthusiastic about everything . . especially everything outdoors.
Camping
They had never gone camping with her so they planned to stay just one night and see how it went from there. Nicole reported that the whole trip was great, they did stay longer and Addie didn’t want to leave when it was time to go. I think their tent will be getting lots of use.
I see several quilts made the trip so granny is never far away, even if only in the quilts! Surprisingly, even though Curious George was there, I didn’t see him in a single picture.
Blanchard Springs
Chad has loved Blanchard Springs since he was a little boy. It’s funny because Blanchard Springs is the first place I ever stayed in a tent too.
Addie’s Fish
You know with that family, there had to be some fishing time.
I’m so glad they do so many fun, outdoorsy type things with her. And I’m so glad Nicole always takes lots of pictures and shares them.

How fun! They sure are a happy little family! I don’t think I could put one of your beautiful quilts in a tent, but hey, they are making wonderful memories with them as they should!! Love love love!
