How cute is this hat? That’s going to be my February Monthly Mixer project for The Loopy Ewe. It’s knit flat because of all the colors used and to hopefully keep the different colors from showing through so much. I’ve never knit a hat flat before but . . first time for everything, right?
Yarn for Cat Hat
The pattern is an adult size and I need to make it smaller for Addie. These are the yarns I’m going to use and I’m going to go down one size needle. The more I think about it, I should probably have gone with worsted weight instead of Aran weight and that would make it smaller. Maybe I’ll go do a bit of stash diving and see what I can come up with.
