Last week I saw the recipe for Honey Sesame Chicken and put it on my menu for later this week. Last night, we were supposed to have pizza but it’s too windy here to do any outside cooking. We’re under a Red Flag Warning, meaning there’s a critical danger of fire so I thought about cooking the pizza inside but it’s so much better done in the outside pizza oven so I grabbed chicken breasts out of the freezer and moved Thursday’s menu to Monday and since I took out a big package of chicken, Friday’s menu got moved to tonight. Whew . . trying to be organized can create problems when the weather interferes with my plans to cook outside.
Anyway . . as with everything I’ve tried from Pressure Cooking Today, the recipe turned out delicious. Even scaling the recipe back and only using two chicken breasts, we have plenty for another meal.
This is another recipe I highly recommend!

Wish I could send you some of our snow….that would cure the fire danger for a while at least. 🙂
The chicken dish sounds & looks yummy.

Here in Harlingen the winds have changed our cook-out plans many times in recent days. That pressure cooker is on my ‘must get’ list for our little ‘Winter Texan’ home!!!!!! That looks awesome!!!!!!
