Good grief! Did I ask you if I should use yellow or white star centers? No! Did you tell me what you thought? Yes! 🙂 That’s a sign that you love me and you feel like you can tell me anything . .but I don’t have to listen . . but if you ask Vince, he would tell you I never listen to anyone.

I think the yellow centers are blah and the white center add light to the center. I’m going to quilt it using light yellow thread.
Overruled! White centers it’s going to be. 🙂
Three star blocks are made but I agree that the green in the center may be too dark and may blend with the purple, though in real life (a room with better light), it doesn’t look nearly so blendy.
Considering that too much of the morning was spent on computer issues, I’m pretty happy with how much I got done today.
Hopefully tomorrow I’ll want to spend more time in the sewing room.

Never thought the yellow was good for the centers and I do agree that the green might be a little too dark. But overall it looks really good as do all of your quilts!

The images bring to mind Gumdrops 🙂

Changed my mind since you’ve shown both versions on the EQ. I like the white star centers better. It’s going to be a great looking quilt. I’m sure Addie will be thrilled!

I know however you make it, it will be beautiful when you finish. I haven’t seen you turn out an ugly quilt yet. =)

Looks good with either to me. I love all the colors and yes we know they aren’t exactly the same due to lightening but they are still pretty so how can you go wrong. Addie is going to jump with joy when she gets it.

I like it with the white centers, too. Another beautiful quilt, Judy!

I should have known I was WAY too late to influence your decision on the greens, but it looks like we agreed!
I’m glad you stuck to your guns on the white centers, and am amused by your relationship with us! And you refrained from saying “so there!”
