My mom and other family members grew up in New Mexico and we love Hatch chiles, but I hadn’t heard of Hatch chile pepper pound cake!

Oh man! I wish I could taste it! I make green chile apple pie and we *love* it. Better Half and I grew up close to Hatch so we’re addicted to those delicious NM green chiles! I use them in my cornbread stuffing, salsa (of course), on eggs … and its green chile harvest time so I spend far too much time dreaming of roasted green chiles, salivating the whole time. LOL.

Oh it sounds delicious to me. We just went to a restaurant where they had Chili dinner rolls that were so good, I considered making the baker come home with me!
