The decision has been made about buttons for Kynance Cove. Here are my choices:

These are some storebought buttons that I thought might work and they could work. If I were going to use these, I would probably use the ember/rusty colored yarn for the front band.

These are my favorite but they need to be a little smaller and the red needs to be a little darker and more rusty colored. I’ve written the Buttonalia lady to see if she can make smaller/redder.

As of this minute, these are probably the ones I’ll use and then I’ll use the green yarn for the band. I’m still looking at buttons . . could change my mind. One thing for sure .. it’s going to be a while before I need a sweater around here. Man it’s hot! The next few weeks, because of the 100+ temps with 110+ heat index — my least favorite time of year. I keep telling myself . . fall will be here soon . . just not soon enough!

Chad is right there with you. He can’t wait for cooler temps. I would like it to be cooler but I’m not ready for fall yet…..because winter will following it all too quickly.
