Nothing gained, nothing lost . . which is great considering the week we had. First, we went to dinner at a friend’s on Thursday and I was able to do ok til we got to dessert. She had made chocolate mint brownies and they were so delicious. The mint icing layer was creamy and fluffy and sweet and so delicious. I figured I had to get one little square to be nice but since I had gotten such a small square, I got a second square. Friday we said . . since we kinda blew it last night, let’s go to Diamond R and have fish and onion rings. So we did . . then Saturday we had burgers in Stephenville.
We’re back on track now . . at least we didn’t gain anything.

It’s hard isn’t it? I’m going into my 5th day (my 4th time for WW) and I did wonderful the first couple of days – yesterday I was craving something – not sure what – so I ate some potato chips – I don’t even like potato chips! I’m back on track today- so we’ll see what happens when I weigh on Friday. No chocolate since last Wednesday – I’m kind of addicted to dark chocolate (your Dr Pepper). I’d have been better off having a piece of chocolate instead of the chips. Thank heaven for summer fruit and vegetables.

I treat myself to one single Dove Dark Chocolate Promise if I have tracked my food intake honestly for the whole day. They are one point and I put it in my tracker while having breakfast as an incentive to keep me on track for the day. So far, so good!! Its not good to feel deprived and I love my dark chocolate. Good luck on your lifestyle change to healthy eating. 🙂

Hang in there. As you say, you didn’t gain anything, and that is good. Ups and downs are normal–at least that’s what they tell ME at Weight Watchers… 🙂 You’re doing great.
