Take a look at our peaches!
Three trees are full of peaches and the fourth tree has a few peaches. This is the first of our trees, besides the figs, that looks like it’s going to produce a good crop and we’re so happy. I walk by the tree sometimes and I am so sure I smell peaches . . but I don’t think they’re beginning to smell yet. It won’t be long and we’ll be having peach cobbler and I hope . . Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla ice cream! It isn’t back in the stores yet but Blue Bell’s newsletter says they’re working on it.

I so miss tree-ripened fresh peaches. Peach trees just don’t last long here in Nebraska, but those peaches are oh-so-good while they do.

Oh MAN! I’m so JEALOUS! Love peaches so hopefully Weatherford will have a bountiful harvest just like you guys are! I can buy them there at least.

Those look like some mighty fine Peaches! Love fresh tree ripened peaches, they are the best! Lucky you!

Judy, you have such a green thumb. Everything you have grown looks great. I have never had a peach picked fresh from a tree. I love peaches and would love a fresh one. That’s a huge garden you are taking of but you will be enjoying it all year.
How many chickens do you have now? Didn’t you post you had seven coops?
Susan says
Here’s hoping you get all those peaches plus your ice cream! There’s nothing like going out and picking a peach to cut up and put on oatmeal, or just to eat all by itself.
