The big Texas sized cauliflower was delicious! Some of it we just munched on. Some of it was seasoned, drizzled with olive oil, a little garlic was thrown in and it was roasted. Some of it went into salads.
One day when Vince didn’t come home for lunch, this was my lunch. Roasted cauliflower, leftover tamales, tomatoes, toast (and a little butter!).
I wish I had bought two heads of cauliflower!
