Here we are! A new week, a new year, a clean slate. I am pretty happy to no longer see those numbers from the 2014 report. Once the numbers get so far out of whack, there’s just no getting back to a positive report (as far as more used than added) so . . I’m real happy to be starting over. The past is history. Can’t change that but I can do better in 2015 . . and I will! But remember .. doing better doesn’t mean I won’t buy ANY yarn because .. I already did! It isn’t here yet so I don’t have to report it. At least I get one week to have positive numbers.
C’mon knitters! If you have a stash you want to use up, join in. Post on your blog and link up here or leave a comment as to how you’re doing. No one is going to judge (right?), and it really helps when you feel like you’re accountable to someone. OK . . maybe it didn’t really help last year but it’s going to help this year. 🙂
As far as used, I’m real close to finishing Laura’s test knit but since I haven’t finished it yet, there’s nothing to report as used.
As far as added . . nothing . . or nothing that has arrived! 🙂

I am planning to make 2015 a year of clean up/use up stuff. I don’t plan to NOT buy yarn, but I hope to buy less than what I use. We will see how long that lasts… The clean up/use up plan doesn’t apply to just yarn. I’d like to see somewhat emptier closets than they are now. My yarn room is rather overflowing, and I would love to get that looking better. Wish me luck and will-power!
