There were a few yarn shops . . like every one known to man . . having sales today. I didn’t order much at all! There were several things I had wanted from the Madelinetosh site and neither of those were there when I looked. I ended up getting two pairs of Twist Light in the Kitten color. That’s a sock base with nylon that I have not tried before. That’s it . . from there.

That’s exactly what I got except, even with the sale, all the DK yarns that I liked for Addie’s vest were going to end up being over $60 and I said . . no . . not going to do that for a child growing that quickly.
For Everything Nice Cardi, I got 7 skeins of Anne Shirley Yarn Love in Red Delicious. For Chartreuse, I got Madelinetosh Vintage in Oak. For Willow Creek, I got Cascade 220 in Heather. I did get a couple of skeins of different colors of Cascade 220 Superwash to make hats and mittens for Addie throughout the year. All in all, I ordered 28 skeins today and I’m going to go ahead and count them in this week’s yarn report because . . for real . . I’m not ordering any more yarn! I’m done . . I may not even keep up with the Loopy Academy simply because I just don’t need any more yarn. Laugh if you want (I know you are!) but I think I’m serious. I did it with fabric and I know I can do it with yarn.
