We bought the greenhouse kit in February . . yes 9 months ago! At least once a month . . 20 times a month to hear Vince tell it . . I would say “Are we going to get the greenhouse up before winter?” Oh yes . . not a problem.
I’m not sure about March, April and May but for sure July, August and September were just too hot but by October, I was having a hard time suppressing that “tone” that sends Vince over the edge. Once he decided it was time to get it done, his buddies that were going to help him had something they were doing and couldn’t help so the next weekend, they were here and the greenhouse project began.
It was a TON of work and they all worked way too hard getting it all done so quickly.
The past few days, after the concrete was poured, the rock for the “floor” was delivered.

Vince got the rock all spread inside, then they were ready to begin putting it together. They worked all day Saturday and a bit more than half a day Sunday and it’s done!

I’m so excited to have it up and can’t wait to get shelves and tables and heat in there.

My main job for this afternoon is to clean those windows!
We have quite a bit of rain predicted for this week and the electrician isn’t coming back til after the rain is finished but . . the greenhouse, for all intents and purposes, is finished!
