We had too much food to use the new luncheon plates but it was ok . . dinner was delicious!
That’s a sweet potato from the garden, venison from the back yard, with cream/horseradish sauce, green beans and homemade bread.
I wish I had a truck load of these sweet potatoes. They are so good and so creamy! I’m planting more next year!
The backstrap was grilled to perfection! The sauce had just a bit of brandy, sour cream and horseradish. It was so good! The venison was fork tender. This is a meal I could eat every night . . I think.

Looks good. Maybe if Galen shoots a deer this year with something other than the camera we can have that for dinner some night!

Looks yummy, Judy, and a little like the dinner I had at Outback (though yours was MUCH more economical)! HA Mine was a Caesar salad, 6 oz. sirloin with sweet potato and cheesecake with raspberry sauce (which I had to save for later). Is that the salt bread?
