I have no idea if this book is great or not, but it has good ratings and came across an online canning group. The Kindle edition of Amish Canning Cookbook is .99 as of now. Check the price before ordering . . those prices change sometimes.

Lee Ann, it’s still 99 cents. You have to change the format from spiral bound to Kindle.
