I’m knitting a Vitamin D . . well . . I take Vitamin D2 too but that’s not what I’m talking about here.
Yes, it’s a terrible picture. It looks like an animal just crawled out of his skin and left it there but it’s really beautiful. The yarn is a chocolatey brown with colored silk flecks in it. It will be blocked once it’s done and all those bumpy looking things will become lacy “holes”. Trust me . . it’s going to be gorgeous!

Judy–I know you said you thought we would get used to the way the blog works–header doesn’t move, only the blog text. Well, I’m not getting used to it!! It’s very hard to read and I really, really don’t like it!

Interesting how the color on our computer looks like a pinkis-purple. It is always amazing what blocking does, isn’t it? I can’t wait to see the FO. BTW, I can read the text easily; I wonder if it depends on the type of computer…..

Hi Judy, Thanks for the blog. I know it can be a headache, but if someone is unhappy, they don’t have to read it!!! They should be happy that you give so much to so many.
I love hearing all you tell us.

Having a tough time commenting, but did giggle at your description.
It is hard to photograph dark colors; I think it will show better when finished and modeled. Maybe that’s because of the variety of values?

Thanks, Judy… For the blog, the patterns… Your hospitality…..Can’t believe all the complaining… When something is “free”, a person has “no say” and should not gripe!!!! I can’t imagine dealing with those kind of people… Those are the “ones” ruining it for the rest of us who “realize” that “nothing” is ever completely “free”, and that there is always a “catch” or as in your situation advertising popups or floaters…I say take the bitter with the ability to have your awesome blog…
If they were “actually” paying, then it would be different… Enough said !!!!
