Yes, I finished a quilt top today. Are you proud of me? Don’t get too excited . . it’s small and it’s a panel that just has two added borders.
I’ve had this panel for a while, several months ago I added the brown border. My intentions were to add some half square triangles and another border or two and then I realized that with my recent lack of sewing enthusiasm, this might end up being a graduation quilt for Addie . . from college . . if I didn’t keep it simple and get it done so I added the wider pink border and hope to get it quilted soon.
I didn’t crop the top of the photo because Boots is sitting in the window, where he sit so much of the time, and I think it’s cute the way his tail is hanging down. I’m so glad those windows have the 12″ windowsills where he can sit and look out.

Cute quilt. You’re making progress getting back to sewing – wish I was motivated. Just spent the better part of two days frogging most of the lace shawl I’m doing for Camp Loopy. Not looking too promising getting it done in time.

What a cute quilt! She will love it (and I do love seeing the cat’s tail hanging down in the picture)!

Addie will love it. It’s adorable. Congratulations on some sewing time, however short.
