This project was started on December 17 but put aside to make Brier Island but as soon as Brier Island was finished, I picked this one back up again. I’m determined not to end up with a bunch of unfinished sweaters.
The yarn is Miss Babs Yummy 3 Ply Sport, which I liked while knitting but will reserve judgment til I’ve worn it a few times.
The sweater still hasn’t been soaked and blocked but the lace around the raglan sleeves is pretty.
I like the 3/4″ sleeves and the length of the sweater. I like this sweater enough that I am already seriously consider making another one.
When it warms up a bit, I’ll get a photo of me wearing it.

Very pretty, Judy — I’ll be interested in hearing how that yarn “wears”! Nice color! 🙂

I absolutely love this pattern, especially those lacy touches. Yours is a great color also. Was the braid difficult to do? I’ve got the pattern….. Congrats of a great finish!!!

Beautiful! This is coming up in my queue to be done with a merino/silk blend in a very soft turquoise. It will be my first lace so I hope I can do it. Now to put the sleeves in my After the Rain, my 3rd quilting project. This is so addicting!

I love it, Judy! Might just have to add this one to my list. I’m almost done with the “back” to my 2nd sweater.
