I’ve neglected to share dinner posts and I’m not sure how everyone is surviving without knowing what we’ve had for dinner! 🙂 Actually, I know that no one really cares what we’re having for dinner but I post it to help some who might be wanting to eat the same way we are and are looking for dinner ideas.
Wednesday night, we had steak, zucchini and roasted cauliflower.
Last night, we had roasted chicken, steamed broccoli and salad.
For our salads, Vince gets a larger one than I do and he gets the egg white and I get the yolk! We work so well together! 🙂

It’s a marriage made in heaven when you can share the parts of the egg!!!!!

I think it’s great because everyone can see how easy it is to eat healthy. It really isn’t complicated or very time consuming.
Because you take the time to share what you are doing and what works for you, I think people on the fence about changing their diets might be more apt to try it after following you awhile.

Not as healthy as yours but we did eat at home. Pork in the crock pot with cream of mushroom soup, uncle bens’s rice in the microwave and green beans. And only enough for one serving, that is good, no seconds. Oh yes, cranberry sauce. What ever was easy to fix but it was fixed at home. Never thought I would say I am tired of eating out!!!! I think we picked out the faucets etc this afternoon, another step closer!!!!!The guys will be here tomorrow-
saturday to do the texture, then we will still be on track!

Judy, I am very thankful that you are sharing with us your dinners each night. I DO want to know what you are eating. I’m trying to get our menu to look more like yours, but my DH is not quite as cooperative as yours. We still are eating out, but not as often. Thanks for showing us easy meal ideas.

Judy, I love seeing what you are cooking. I have eaten this way before and felt wonderful. I got back on this week and you were the encouragement. I already love the way I feel after only one week. Thanks!!
