Fit for a Hero Instructions #8

We’re going to speed things up a little since this is the exact same block as Block 1 but with different colors. We will only be making 6 of these blocks.

Step 1:

Fabric 5 – Cut 2 – 2″ strips.
Fabric 3 – Cut 1 – 2″ strip.

Sew the Fabric 5 strips to both sides of the Fabric 1 strip.  Make 1 strip set.  Cut the strip into 12 – 2″ sections.

Step 2:

Fabric 5 – Cut 2 – 2″ strips.  Cut them into 12 – 2″ x 5″ rectangles.  Sew those rectangles to the pieces made in Step 1. Make 12.  Press the seam allowances towards the Fabric 5 strip.
