Want to see what it looks like . . I was going to say in real life but what you’re seeing is still a picture, just like the picture at The Loopy Ewe. My skein arrived yesterday and I’m not saying for sure or not, but there may be a couple or three more coming later this week.
It’s so pretty and Lorna’s Laces, which is 80% superwash merino and 20% nylon. Lorna’s Laces Sherpherd Sock is one of the yarns I’ve used a lot for socks. It’s finer than some sock yarn and takes a bit longer to knit but it knits up into such a great sock fabric.
I just noticed there are only 11 skeins left at The Loopy Ewe. I don’t know if they get more of the Loopy Legends yarn in or not or . . if when it’s gone, it’s gone. Get it while it’s there! 🙂

I’ll be stalking the mailbox today just in case. I am so excited to see mine in real life. 🙂

Will it do for a dream bird?
JudyL says
I’m not sure. Personally, I would choose a longer changing dye pattern.
Linda says
How can you tell if a yarn has a longer color change?
Denise says
There’s a couple headed my way. Could you quick knit something up so I can see how it looks?? LOL I’m thinking maybe Hitchhiker, TVG, Brickless, Vittorio, Windflower, Spice of Life– oh so many choices. Mine should be arriving tomorrow.
Darling Jill says
I ordered mine today! Only 10 left in stock! 🙂
vicky says
I can’t see it because there’s an ad right across the middle that won’t go away.
EagleKnits says
Those ads have gotten really annoying. The ones showing up now don’t have a ‘close’ button and won’t go away. Grrrr… However, you can right click on the picture and open it in another tab to see it.
Amy (Waunaknit) says
Now why did you have to post this, especially how many are left? I’m trying to be soooo good and not buy yarn!
Linda Steller says
I just got home from MQX West to find my ‘Box of Fun’ here. That yarn is so much prettier in person than it is in the photo, and it’s pretty darn nice in the photo. So soft and lovely too, Judy. I can’t wait to have my own pair of Judy’s Favorite Quilt socks! ;D
