Wingspan is such a fun pattern. I can’t wait to do one with better colors, more of the striping/swirling.
My efforts to conserve yarn worked. Last night I finished the sixth triangle and had 31 grams of yarn remaining. I’ll make the last two triangles using the original number of stitches and that should leave me plenty of yarn for the knitting around the top and binding off.
If I get any knitting time at all this afternoon, I could be able to finish this before bed time.

So glad to hear you’re making it work and won’t run short! Also glad to hear it’s fun to do as it’s in my queue. I figure I won’t get to it until fall/winter, but that’s okay.

Not only do you knit beautifully, but you also do it quickly. Beautiful piece for your wardrobe.

Love the wingspan coming out pretty darn good. I just finished downloading all my patterns wingspan, 3s shawl, dreambird, hitch hiker. I’m not saying there is anyone around with a specific blog influencing me but…..
Lol…..one of these days I want to be just like you….lol….well no garden I hate getting my hands dirty.

And you said you didn’t knit very well? It’s beautiful! It will definitely be on my bucket list, along with about 1000 other projects you have inspired. I doubt I’ll be raising any chickens, but am going to try a container garden in my window with some potatoes that have started sprouting. I would have to throw them away anyway, so I might as well try sticking them in a huge container with some soil. Ya’ never know til ya try. Maybe stick a hill of beans in there too and get enough for a pot of beans and taters by the end of summer. If that doesn’t work next year I’ll stick in a squash plant. One or two should provide me with a few bushels for relish.
