I totally do not know what I’m talking about so please bear with me but here’s what I think I’m trying to convey:
If you signed up to get the blog posts in your email through Mail Chimp, it seems I’ve reached the limit that I can send out without buying more “whatever” and I’m not going to buy more of “whatever”. If you have been receiving the blog through Mail Chimp and you stop getting the posts, that’s the reason.
Bloglovin is my current favorite reader so I’ve added a button on the right sidebar. I don’t want to bother Sara with this Mail Chimp thing because I think the only solution is to buy more “whatever” so . . for now, please, if it’s too much trouble . . if you’ve been receiving the posts through Mail Chimp, find another way. I don’t want to lose you, ok?
The Mail Chimp widget is still on the sidebar because I’m too scared I’ll mess something up if I remove it and then Sara will not be happy so for now . . please ignore it.
Thanks.

I have been getting the e-mail version but just like checking in daily the old fashioned way. In fact, I think I tried to unsubscribe to the e-mail version.
I am trying to cut down on incoming e-mails. Just like unfriending some on FB. Just too much that does not interest me. I used to check your site first thing in the am and that was much easier as I could go right thru all of them.
Thru e-mail or having to check your site, I will do either daily to read your blog. We are off tomorrow for 5 weeks in Lake Tahoe. Still have to clean the kitchen and pack my make-up etc. Then the only thing will be the hair dryer and curling iron in the morning after my shower.
Love your blog and would never miss it. It is one of the best I follow. Have a great summer! I hope it does not get brutally hot for you.

Wouldn’t that just mean that it doesn’t take new subscriptions? Not that it deletes the old ones? I know I’ll never read anything that goes to reader, so I’ll hope that is what it means.

No, it won’t send out the emails to those already subscribed. It will only send out to so many per month and I’ve reached that number so no more will be sent out . . I guess til July 1.

I’ve switched from Google Reader to Feedly… it’s a little different but then using computers is all about change…

I’ve changed over to Feedly as well – I’m liking it.

Your blog is one I read every day & don’t want to miss. I’ve always read it through Google Reader, but as soon as they announced they were dropping that I switched to Feedly. All my blogs transferred over without a hitch and now I read them all there. I even have a little button on my Firefox toolbar to take me right to Feedly.

I have been using blogluvin since I first heard of google reader being shut down. I love it myself, find it easy to get around and keep up with. Judy, your blog is the highlight of my day, usually several times a day. I am so thankful you and your family are out there to keep me laughing and smiling and looking for new ways to do things. Keep up the great work and I will be there right by your side, along with Miss Hattie and the rest!
